He is a fellow of the Institution of Fire Engineers and has a degree in Fire Engineering.
His own experience allowed him to recognise a gap in the market for efficient computer
software.
David Howlett is a software developer with over 15 years experience in the Financial
Services, Construction and IT industries. He is a Microsoft Certified Professional
and has a degree in Mathematics and Computing.
Their working partnership began in 2002 and Online Standards was registered in 2005.
