Online Seminar

Part G of the Building Regulations deals mainly with hot and cold water supply and the provision of sanitary accommodation within buildings – and as a result is probably one of the most boring and least referred to parts of the entire Regulations.
But all that is changing – and from October 2009 Part G gets a makeover which makes it much more important and relevant than it has been in the past.
What are the changes?
How will your current and future projects be affected?
What do you need to do to comply?
You need to know the answers to these questions – and this seminar is entirely focussed at delivering the information you need in a clear, concise and lively way which makes best use of your valuable time.
Why not settle down, relax (beverage optional) and let John Neal be your guide ? |

Lecturer
John Neal MRICS MBEng
John has worked as a Building Control Surveyor for over 30 years, currently manages the service of a Local Authority in the East Midlands and is a director of LABC (the national organisation which promotes Local Authority Building Control). John has a particular interest in the technical interpretation and application of the Regulations, and has developed a strong reputation for interpreting often complex regulations, and then being able to present that information in a clear and understandable manner to others. John’s interest in training came mainly from attending courses himself, and then often leaving feeling disappointed with the content, delivery or pace (usually all three). Determined to do better, John aims to deliver training which respects your valuable time by sorting out the information that really matters, and then delivering it for you in a short, focussed and lively seminar which will bring you up to speed on the subject in the shortest time possible. |
