This online calculator has been designed to satisfy the requirements of BR187 External Fire Spread: Building separation and boundary distances.It will enable you to quickly and accurately determine the boundary distances and unprotected areas of buildings and takes into account situations such as local concetnration of hazard, widely spaced, elevations with set backs.  It will also assist you in determining the boundary distance when the protractor method is adopted.  This is a powerful tool which will save you hours of time in determining this requirement.
